On March 7, 2023, American Samoa Delegate Aumua Amata Coleman Radewagen delivered a speech on the floor of the US House commending US allies Marshall Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Kiribati, and Nauru for calling to an end to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
