As many of you know, and sadly some still do not, Hurricane Irma has destroyed homes, businesses, and entire lives throughout the US Virgin Islands.
I, Greg Fusco, along with Melinda Mantooth and Soojin Kim have been working tirelessly with local businesses to present our community with an opportunity to help our friends and family on these devastated islands.
We are happy to announce that on Sunday Sept. 24, from 6-10pm, we will be holding a fundraiser at Berg’n (899 Bergen Street, between Franklin & Classon in Brooklyn, NY).
We are asking for a $5-$10 cash donation at the door.
We will be selling Painkillers, Rum Punches, and various other beverages at a very very reasonable cost at our cash bar AND will be raffling off prizes including booze and gift certificates.
Every dime we raise will be contributed to Charities within our past homes in the USVI and Anguilla.
So get the word out, come join us, let’s drink like we’re on vacation, win awesome stuff, and most importantly do anything and everything we can to help the suffering people of America’s Beloved Paradise.
