Larry Seilhammer on Fox News Latino: Puerto Rico Statehood Is A Moral, Democratic And Economic Imperative

The Senate Minority Leader of the New Progressive Party in Puerto Rico published yesterday a piece on statehood over at Fox News Latino. It is not usual for local leaders to direct their efforts at national audiences so this was a nice surprise.

From the opinion piece:

By sabotaging the free and democratic decision of the electorate, the enemies of statehood in the island and in Washington have unilaterally decided to condemn the people of Puerto Rico to dire economic disadvantages.
