Dream warriors, Immigrant youth and allies all over the country, will lead Operation Dream Act Now – leading school walkouts and mobilizing thousands to Capitol Hill to demand that Congress pass a clean Dream Act by December

November 9 marks over two months since Trump ended DACA, and one year since he was elected as president. If you’re outraged at Trump for killing DACA, for fulfilling a sick white supremacist scheme to terrorize immigrant youth and their families, we invite YOU to join hundreds of Dream Defenders: immigrant youth, allies, business leaders, and people of faith are descending on the Capitol to resist Trump’s attacks on immigrants and to demand a clean Dream Act. The time is now, and November 9th will be the day in which America tells Congress: we demand a clean Dream Act by December!

Everyday that goes by more and more immigrant youth lose their work permits and protections from deportation. Only by coming together, can we protect them from Trump’s racist attack!
We need a permanent solution for our undocumented young people, but we will also not allow anti-immigrant extremists and their accomplices to use undocumented young people as bargaining chips for draconian measures to fulfill the Trump administration’s white supremacy wish list. A clean Dream Act means Congress must swiftly pass this widely popular bipartisan bill without any additions or amendments that will put our families and the rest of our immigrant community at greater risk for undue detention and deportation. That’s why we’re fighting for a clean Dream Act Now.
