COVID restrictions loosen for beaches and restaurants in the US Virgin Islands

Governor Bryan announced an end to the 5:00 pm beach curfew. Restaurants can set tables 4 feet apart and operate and 75% capacity. Bar service will remain closed and masks must remain in use.
