This book is great for readers who seek answers about where success derives from. Gladwell gives several real life examples including a few household name individuals. He does an excellent job analyzing the path of these individuals and he helps the audience truly understand how it was possible for these outliers to have found success in this world.

The in-depth analysis does wonders for the audience’s understanding of what it takes to really be an outlier. Some theories point to endless hours of hard work, while other theories show how important it is to be in the right place at the right time. This book is both educational and entertaining, and it can be enjoyed by a wide range of readers.
